The expense for suppression of protest in Henoko
The expense of US military presence in Japan increased significantly due to the new base construction in Henoko. 7278 billion yen is the highest in 2015 in which about 12 million yen average per day have been used for the suppression of Henoko struggle. The Japanese government is trying to cut local social security welfare, while increase the expense for supporting the family of US military in Japan to 13.5 million.
