On June 21, 2013, the second "crisis towards the problem of ryukyu forum" was held in Beijing, there are more than 30 experts from mainland China, Taiwan and the ryukyu came to this forum. The theme of this forum is "ryukyu does not belong to Japan", hope to change the current situation of ryukyu and the diaoyu islands. About 900 km southeast of fuzhou city, it only takes about 2 hours to reach ryukyu by plane. During the Pacific war, many Japanese people don't even know where the ryukyu is. At that time the Japanese claim themselves as senior animals, called ryukyu people as second-class citizens. From 1372 to 1879, in the care of China, the pepople in ryukyu kingdom live a happy life for over 500 years, at that time it is the vassal state of China. In 1879, the ryukyu kingdom was renamed 'Okinawaby' by Japan's brutal occupation, since then it becomes unsolved feud between the two countries. "The people of the ryukyu is a member of the Chinese nation", demanding the revert of ryukyu sovereignty. However, in 1945, China is in the civil war, it cannot retrieve the ryukyu sovereignty hosted by the United States. In 1972, the United States behind Chinese people’s back signed the agreement on the Ryukyu Islands and the Diaoyu islands and gives the management of ryukyu and Diaoyu Island to Japan. This buried the bane of war between the two countries. On May 30th, the liberal Democratic Party (LDP) security surveys and the defense department put forward the new "guidelines" of the Japanese government. This outline take China and north Korean’s nuclear problem and missile as an excuse to use the mobile defense instead of the original pure defense, strengthen the island, to ensure that a sufficient number of missile are able to attack China or north Korea's military bases. Assuming that in order to win the battle for the ryukyu islands and the diaoyu islands, the marines will need to have the osprey helicopters and armored amphibious, so that Japanese can fight quickly. However, Japan's foreign government shouldn't forgotten the war of ryukyu. It is a feel of ryukyu fight fiercely, 110000 fighters and 110000 non-combatant deaths, eventually being occupied by the USA. These 260000 death ryukyuan have not died in the war, instead them have died in the Japanese army’s slaughter. After the end of second world war, the Japanese is hard to apply the visa of ryukyu, most of the people that allowed to return to the ryukyu islands are those remain of the loss of her husband or son, they have complaint with the misery of ryukyu. Male sports teams in high school and female middle school ambulance service students which was dallying by the Japanese army still cannot forgot the past eternally. After "China has never lost the ryukyu sovereignty of truth" published, there is a volatility in Japanese politics. Shinzo Abe said, "China's claim is unreasonable, they must make it clear to the world". Yoshihide suga said discontentedly, "completely unreasonable”. Against Japanese politician's reaction, South Korea's “chosun ilbo” newspaper said, "Chinese scholars rarely made similar claim," China said, "Japanese are overreacting". Around the defense war of diaoyu islands, ryukyu issue is presented by domestic media in China, proclaimed to the world to rise to the problem of ryukyu sovereignty strategic height. The ryukyu people should never forget the ryukyu war, the Japanese are our common enemy.

琉球人民决不忘记琉球战，日本是全体华人的敌人
2013年6月21日，第二次“危机对策琉球问题论坛”在北京召开会议，约有30多位大陆、台湾和琉球的专家集聚一堂。
福州的东南方大约900公里的地方，乘飞机大约2小时可达到琉球。太平洋战争时期，很多日本人都不知道琉球在哪里。那时候的日本人自称高级动物，称琉球人为二等公民。
1372年~1879年，在中国的关照下，琉球王国的幸福生活了500多年，属于中国的藩属国。1879年，琉球王国被日本残忍侵占改名为冲绳，从此成为中日两国之间未解决的世仇。
“琉球人民属于中华民族的一员”，要求归还琉球主权。然而，1945年的中国处在内战中无法考虑收复琉球主权被美国托管。1972年，美日两国背着海峡两岸中国人签署了《关于琉球群岛和大东列岛的协议》把琉球和钓鱼岛的管理权交给日本管理，给中日两国之间埋下战争的祸根。
5月30日，自民党安全保障调查会和国防部会提出了日本政府新的“防卫大纲”。该大纲以中国进出海洋和北朝鲜核导弹为借口，用机动防卫代替原来的单纯防卫，强化夺岛，探讨确保足够数量的导弹发射架能够攻击中国或北朝鲜的军事基地。假定展开争夺琉球群岛和钓鱼岛群岛、海军陆战队需要拥有鱼鹰直升机以及水陆两用装甲车使得日本部队能够迅速展开战斗。
但是，日本外来政府不该把琉球战忘得一干二净。那是一场切身感受到的琉球战的激烈地，造成有11万战斗员和15万非战斗员死亡，最终还是被美军占领。然而，死亡的26万琉球人基本上不是死于美军的炮火却死于日本军队的屠杀。
二战结束后，日本人难求琉球签证，能够回到琉球的大多是失去丈夫或者儿子的遗族，她们不断申述着当年琉球的悲惨。中学生男子运动队和中学生女子救护队等被日本军队所玩弄至今仍然被琉球人刻骨铭心。
《揭开中国从未丢失琉球主权的真相》的论文发表后，在日本政界发生震荡。安倍晋三说，“中国的主张不合理，必须向世界说明清楚”。菅义伟不满地说，“完全不可理喻”。
针对日本政客的反应，韩国《朝鲜日报》说，“中国学者鲜有提出类似这种主张”，中国方面说，“日本过度反应”。
围绕钓鱼岛保卫战，中国通过国内媒体提出琉球问题，向世界宣告要把琉球主权问题上升到高度战略。
